The "Partners" program in 2030, which was launched by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment recently, received many feedbacks and the interaction from local, foreign companies and also from the chambers of commerce. These feedbacks are a participation in solving the challenges facing the investment sector in the Kingdom and had the most prominent suggestions for the investment environment. development.
The ministry has received more than 200 response focused on the challenges that negatively affect the investment sector, and received 235 suggestions from the investment environment development partners to make Saudi Arabia an attractive market for local and foreign investments.
The most prominent suggestions received by the ministry was for promotion and developing the investment sector, as follows: enhance communication with the industry sector and involve it in the activities' regulations enactment, protect the national products from dumping policies, support the small and medium enterprises, increase financial assistance for industrial investments and facilitate access to it, providing data and commercial and economic information, and open specialized training institutes for the technical and industrial fields.
The Ministry of Commerce and investment in the coming days will invite all the partners to hold workshops to discuss the challenges facing the investment in the Kingdom and to discuss the solutions to overcome these problems in a way that will raise the efficiency of the investment sector and promote growth, in participation with relevant government agencies
With this program, the Ministry aims to develop the investment environment in the Kingdom, strengthen the partnership with the business sector, overcome all the difficulties that impede their growth.
