Notably, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has recently launched the New Corporate Law to enhance the value of companies and to promote their trade activities and contribution in serving the national economy. The New corporate Law would contribute in reducing the cost of procedures and encouraging the trade initiatives. This would promote the Kingdom`s leading position and its competitive advantages, as well as encouraging the investments of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.
